When was the last time you went to DeGrazia’s Gallery in the Sun in Tucson, Arizona? The current exhibit of his paintings, The Stations of the Cross, is amazing. A tape plays as you stand before each original painting with Ted DeGrazia telling you what he was feeling when he painted it.

This is a must see exhibit if you are in Tucson. It is very moving.

There is a great new exhibit at the Mini-Time Museum of Miniatures in Tucson, Arizona, Lagniappe Plantation Home. The detail is amazing.

Every room is wonderfully done. The attention to detail for the time period is a delight to see.

The word ‘lagniappe’ has the same meaning as getting a thirteenth doughnut when you ordered a dozen, like a ‘thank you’. This exhibit is sure to please you and you’ll get that ‘extra’ bit of delight when you see it.

There is also a great Christmas display.

Pima Air and Space Museum

If you are going to see the Davis Monthan Air Force Base air show, don’t miss visiting the Pima Air and Space Museum in the same area. This is a ‘must not miss’ place to visit in Tucson. It is well worth the trip down from the Phoenix area.

There are many people there who were in the service that are happy to share stories about the planes. Not only is it great being able to see this wonderful display, but to hear their tales.
