Tanque Verde Ranch is a great place to stay if you enjoy horseback riding (lessons too), hiking, desert tours, nature hikes with professionals, fishing, mountain biking, swimming, tennis, tai chi, and yoga. Their website offers lots of information on the amenities.

The resort is located near Reddington Pass and and the Rincon Mountains, right outside of Tucson Arizona.
